Mumbai Adda — Terms & Conditions (Takeaway)
1. Scope
Mumbai Adda provides Halal takeaway food and delivery services. These Terms apply to all takeaway and delivery orders placed in person, by phone or via our website.
2. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order
- All orders must be paid in full at time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card and accepted online payment methods.
- Order changes & cancellations
- Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled. In exceptional circumstances we may cancel or amend an order at management’s discretion and will notify you.
- Collection & delivery
- Please check your order on collection or delivery. Any issues should be reported immediately so we can resolve them.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Menu items and prices may change without prior notice.
4. Refunds & Faulty Orders
Refunds are only issued for incorrect or faulty orders at management’s discretion. We do not issue refunds for change of mind once food has been prepared.
5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We prepare food using 100% Halal ingredients. If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, you must inform us before placing your order. Although we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that traces of allergens will not be present.
6. Conduct
Customers must treat staff with respect. Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
7. Website Content
All text, images and branding on our website are owned by Mumbai Adda and may not be reused without permission. We are not responsible for external sites linked from our pages.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on this page with the date of last update.
